Agmatine MIP Biosensor (RUO)
The Agmatine MIP Biosensor is a highly selective, ultra-sensitive electrochemical sensor engineered for rapid quantification of agmatine, a key metabolite involved in nitric oxide signaling, polyamine metabolism, neuroinflammation, and bacterial infection pathways.
Using Fluidome’s proprietary molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) technology, this biosensor delivers antibody-like molecular selectivity with the robustness, stability, and cost efficiency of synthetic “plastic antibodies.”
The agmatine sensor integrates directly with standard electrochemical readout systems and is compatible with Fluidome’s microfluidic MIP-Chip platform for automated sample-to-answer workflows.
Detection can be performed directly from serum or urine, with demonstrated nanomolar sensitivity and LC–MS–validated accuracy.
