Cortisol MIP Biosensor (RUO)
The Cortisol MIP Biosensor is a highly selective, ultra-sensitive electrochemical sensor designed for rapid quantification of cortisol, the primary stress hormone involved in metabolic regulation, immune response, circadian rhythm, and physiological stress pathways.
Built using Fluidome’s proprietary molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) technology, this biosensor replaces fragile antibody- or enzyme-based assays with a stable synthetic “plastic antibody,” providing robust performance in complex biofluids such as sweat.
The cortisol sensor integrates easily with standard electrochemical readout systems and is fully compatible with microfluidic cartridges for automated sample-to-answer workflows.
validated performance includes direct detection from sweat, supporting stress monitoring, wearable platform development, and biological research applications.
